This is a courtesy translation of the German Datenschutzerklärung. In case of discrepancies, the German version is legally binding.

This website is a static information page. It uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics services and no third-party embeds (no external fonts, no CDNs, no social media plugins). There are no contact forms and no user accounts. Data minimization is not just a principle of my work — it applies to this website, too.

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, the web server automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (server log files):

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file requested
• browser type and version, operating system
• referrer URL

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure the stability and security of operation (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest). It is not merged with other data sources. Log files are deleted automatically by the hosting provider according to its retention periods.

4. Contacting me

If you contact me by email or phone, your details (name, contact data, content of the inquiry) are stored to process the inquiry and possible follow-up questions (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). I do not pass this data on without your consent and delete it as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights vis-à-vis me as the controller:

• right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
• right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
• right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
• right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

6. SSL encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar.

7. Changes

I reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy if the legal situation or this website changes. Last updated: July 2026.
